Well-maintained and quiet hotel, it has efficient staff from the restaurant manager. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus a refrigerator, air conditioning and coffee/tea makers. Every time in Prince George we stay in this property.

The bathroom was in need of some repairs and some mold starting. Otherwise it was clean

The rooms have a nice layout with a separate living area. Their breakfast options are tasty and come with discount coupons. I particularly enjoyed the yogurt. 🥐

We like the inner courtyard and hottub. Rooms are always comfortable. We do wish, however, that you had an elevator as it is very hard trucking luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.

All was good,
Was right outside the waterpark, was a little noisy until it was closed for the evening. No big deal

I have stayed at Esther's Inn on other occasions as well and I will continue to do so in the future. My grandchildren live in Prince George and they enjoy visiting me at the Inn.
My room #209 was above the office and near the entrance to the restaurant. The noise factor late in the evening and early in the morning interfered with my rest.

To be honest our schedule did not have us spending a lot of time at the hotel to fully experience all it had to offer. We did find the price was reasonable, the rooms were clean, the pools are fun for the kids, and the morning buffet was perfect for a quick breakfast that satisfied the taste buds of the whole crew. We discovered it was customer appreciation week during the time of our stay. The hotel provided us with additional perks including a discount on our food and our next stay at Esther's (this was a nice surprise).
We did experience a couple of undesirable moments while at the hotel. Late in the evening on our first night at the hotel I was dive bombed by a bat while I was walking in hall on my way to our room (yes that's right..... a real live bat, not a tropical bird as you would expect here). We reported this to the hotel desk clerk and they assured us they were aware of the problem. On the second night we returned to our room to find that the maid service did not ensure our door was latched closed when they left. Our room was left unsecured the entire day. We were fortunate that our property was untouched. You would think that we would have been accommodated for the potential risk to our property, or the unfortunate experience with the bats, but nothing was offered other than a desk clerk apology.

It was a long weekend and the water slid was closed on the sunday and reopened on the Monday at 2.00pm. Most people had to check out on the monday at 11.00 am.

Clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be short walk to the mall, and restaurant thanks to comfortable and particularly good location. The staff were nice, the room was reasonably large and updated with fridge, a continental breakfast, coffee. I was offered a satisfactory breakfast for yogurt.
